Simplify=My Motto. Life is hectic enough on its own, so I'm always looking for ways to simplify the process. For me, simplifying the photography process meant getting rid of having both the traditional website and a blog. Welcome to My Blogsite! I'm a wife, a mom, a dancer, a photographer. A daughter, a gardener, a Christian, a fighter for babies. I believe in making yourself happy instead of waiting around on someone else to do it for you. I believe in taking care of your body so that it can take care of you. I believe in fighting for what you believe in, and standing up to those who would try and stop you. I believe in small treasures; a Hershey's bar for a friend who's had a bad day, stickers for a child just because, hugs hugs and lots of hugs and kisses for the ones you love.

You know, you meet people in the strangest ways sometimes. I met this sweet baby girl’s Mom on an online yard sale, of all places! Turns out they live right around the corner from me, and it’s been great getting to know them. Our babies both start kindergarten next year….we may need to have a cry date on the first day of school 
This sweet family is expecting their first child in just a few short weeks! I have known them through church for a couple of years, and we were so fortunate to have Mommy-to-be as our child’s teacher this past year. They are going to be awesome parents, and I can’t wait to meet baby boy!

For those of you who don’t know me personally, this is my step-daughter, Cori. At 38 weeks pregnant, we went out for some last minute maternity photos.
2 days later, here is my husband holding our first grandchild, sweet Alex.

Birthday Party Photography…sounds extravagant, but really, it’s surprisingly affordable AND it frees you up to enjoy your party, not worry about missed moments, and get some great party shots! There are several options for how little or how much you want included with your child’s birthday party package. Let me know if you’d like more info!
My sweet Miss L turned 4. We started before the party for a few quick family photos, then got a bit of the swimming action as well. It was hot, and the water looked so good, I was wishing my camera was waterproof!
