Back in August, I held a contest on my facebook page (click here to visit!) for everyone going back to school. Folks submitted their child’s back to school photo, and a colleague of mine chose a winner from the entrants. Alden won, and we had a blast at her Millbrook Mini-Session!

Maternity: Betsy

You saw Betsy at 27 weeks here and then at 31 weeks here. She is expecting twins, so we decided to do several sessions to document her pregnancy. Today I’m posting our last session – 33 weeks. Betsy has informed me that she is DONE with pictures. Hahaha! She (all of us!!!) are soooo ready for Lexie and Libie to be here! Betsy is my dearest friend in the world, so no worries – you will get to see lots of the sweet babies, and of course, the whole family!

This one didn’t turn out exactly as we had thought, but that is the good part about having someone who will let you experiment on her! (Ashley, if you’re reading this, you’re next on this experiment!)

This family is so very dear to me, and I count myself lucky to have these sweet folks as friends. We are all beyond excited for the arrival of their twins, Lexie & Libie!

My sweet Catie was SUCH a good helper! There was not a single car going to sneek up on us! <3

The kids were pretty much over photos at this point. I love this one anyway!

Betsy is 27 weeks pregnant…with twin girls! I am ecstatic for her and her sweet family, and can’t wait for these babies to get here! She is my dearest friend, and we are doing her maternity photos a bit differently….a teeny little session every couple of weeks from now until babies make their appearance. We want to really chronicle the last part of her pregnancy, so you will be seeing lots of her sweet family for a while!

After being out of the newborn scene for a very long time, I took a leap of faith today. And of course, I couldn’t just ease myself in…oh no!…I jumped right on in with TWINS! And do you know what? It was absolutely fantastic! I loveloveloved it!

Dream clients, I tell ya! So much fun, spent the entire time joking around with each other, and up for anything! These are their last family photos before both of their daughters are no longer living at home. Such a great way to document this time in their lives!
